No Refunds or Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason unless the product arrives damaged.

Damaged Items

If your item is damaged upon delivery, you are eligible for a replacement or refund under the following conditions:

• Damage must be reported within 30 days of delivery.

• Proof of damage (photos or videos) must be provided.

• The original order number and contact information must be included in the claim.

Once verified, we will offer either a refund or a replacement at no additional cost.

Exclusions

• Damage resulting from misuse, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear is not eligible.

• Claims submitted after 30 days will not be approved.
